  • Creator Breakdown: Lynn broke up with her girlfriend during the production of the second album, and it shows in the darker, hopeless atmosphere.
  • Doing It for the Art:
    • One of the lyrical themes in "What's Wrong".
"No I never sold my soul / If I ever do throw my bones to the wolves"
    • Lynn's explanation as to why the band's music is much less rock-influenced these days. She cited the pop-punk revival of the late 2010s and early 2020s as a motivation for her to want to do something completely different.
"When it was coming back, and with artists like Machine Gun Kelly and Willow pushing to do this avant garde style of it, that’s when I put the pedal to the metal and decided I wanted to do something very different."
    • It could be argued that her status as Ms. Fanservice is this too. She usually dresses quite modestly when she isn't doing a photoshoot or a music video. Even her stage outfits are fairly tame too, only occasionally going into midriff-bearing or Navel-Deep Neckline territory. Whenever she shows any skin in any situation, it seems more like she's doing it for artistic reasons than to be a sex symbol.
  • More Popular Spin Off: Pvris is one to Operation Guillotine, a hardcore band from Massachusetts. Lynn and former members Kyle Anthony and Brad Griffin were all members of this band.
  • The Pete Best:
    • Played straight with Kyle and Brad. They both left the band before it became incredibly successful off of White Noise.
    • Subverted with Alex Babinski. He was in the band during much of their successful period, but fans usually don't remember him anymore. When they do, they'll usually talk about his Role-Ending Misdemeanour and how the band is better off without him.
  • Production Posse:
    • The band have worked with producer Blake Harnage multiple times since White Noise. He has been credited by the band several times in interviews as being a major influence in their current musical direction.
    • They've also worked a lot with producer JT Daly in recent years.
    • Sam San Roman, the sister of Lynn's former girlfriend Alexa San Roman, was part of it too while Lynn and Alexa were still dating.
    • Lynn has been part of one herself for other artists. Notable examples are co-writing two songs with Hands Like Houses on their album Dissonants ("Degrees of Separation" and "Motion Sickness") and co-writing two songs with Tonight Alive on their album Underworld ("Disappear", which she also sung backing vocals on, and "Last Light").
