• Approval of God: The author seems to enjoy the fanarts and parodies of their Fanime, as seen on their DeviantArt's favourites page and in this video.
• Corpsing:
  • Hitoshi several times in his rendition of Hips Don't Lie.
  • Hitoshi was able to sing "I Want It That Way" mostly in-character before gloriously corpsing around 3:03 in the video.
  • You can hear Nurse-sama's voice actress trying to hold back laughter during her absurdly loud spell.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: Hitoshi and Bokutachi-san are probably voiced by women trying to pull off male-sounding voices.
• Missing Episode: Episode 1.5, which was initially unaired due to a fight with Dolce-chan's voice actor. According to SoapOpera46, many parts of the episode were cut because certain scenes were unfinished and "didn't work". The episode was uploaded to SoapOpera46's YouTube channel three years after Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls ended.
• Reclusive Artist: Like with many similar Stealth Parody projects, almost nothing is known about its creators, with the main creator's sole online presence besides the YouTube page being a DeviantArt containing some rather dubious personal info. Likewise, since the videos contain no actual credits, nothing is known about the series' voice actors, or even how many there are.
• What Could Have Been: Dolce-chan was a character that was supposed to be Koneko-chan's sister, but the episode, and her character, was cut due to a supposed feud with the voice actress for Dolce-chan.
