- Acting for Two: In "Bob the Cowboy Builder", Gwithian Evans voices both Bob and Lofty.
- Approval of God: The developers of Cult of the Lamb were very impressed with Doom & Shroom for being an Affectionate Parody that's very faithful to the game's art style. The animator then animated shorts for the Sins of the Flesh update for the game.
- In Memoriam: The end of the video Fortnite: Then Vs. Now has this for Akira Toriyama as this video was released a few days after his death.
- Role Reprise: The original voices of the Origin Companions in Baldur's Gate III return to voice their characters in the Official Parody adverts.
- The Other Darrin: For the last part of "Sonic vs Rule 34", Oscar Gill replaces Blake "ShadyVox" Swift as Sonic.
- Throw It In!: Thomas turning into a mech in Man Vs. Train wasn't meant to be a reference to Trains Formers. The channel made a comment on the sequel saying they were unaware of the series, but decided to roll with it after so many people in the comments pointed it out. Even going so far as to name-drop "Opthomas Prime" in said sequel.
