Trivia / Kämpfer

Go To

  • Actor Allusion:
    • In Für die Liebe, due to Shizuku calling for both Natsurus, Natsuru then goes back and forth as female Natsuru, normal self, Rio, Matsurika and Mina.
    • On the main series, they say one to the plushies "Hey! You sound like Nana Mizuki / Yukari Tamura!
    • On Episode 8, while Mikoto angrily chokes Natsuru after she discovers that he went on a date with her beloved Shizuru, the Asphyxiated Stray Dog utters the famous "Wanna try to die?" Catchphrase of the most famous role of its voice actress, Mamiko Noto.
  • The Danza: All the White Kämpfers' voice actresses (except Sakura) share their surname with the character they play.
  • No Dub for You: The anime was originally released without an English dub but it finally recieved one nearly a decade later.
  • No Export for You: The manga looks like it could suffer this fate due to Tokyopop leaving the United States.
  • Relationship Voice Actor: Not only did they make Kuro Usagi as Yukari Tamura, but Akane's voice is also by Yui Horie. Coincidence much? Or maybe the producers of the anime love to play with these tropes.
    • Also added in the joke was that Natsuru mentioned that Harakiri Tiger was voiced by Michiko Nomura, the original Shizuka. Later, her husband, Kenji Utsumi, appears as Burnt-out Lion
    • Episode 2 adds in Nana Mizuki.
    • As of Episode 6, we have Mamiko Noto.
    • Then we have in the first OVA: "Wow! A genuine tsundere voiced by Rie Kugimiya!"
    • When Rika Ueda, the White Kämpfer appears, we now have Nanoha, Fate and Hayate all present.
