Trivia / Futurama S 2 E 19 The Cryonic Woman

• Edited for Syndication: Following the Norway terrorist attacks in July of 2011, the scene where Bender has an arm that used to belong to the Prime Minister of Norway was changed (on most free-TV syndicated versions and on the Comedy Central and SyFy Channel reruns^note when Cartoon Network used to air Futurama reruns, it was uncut) to once belonging to a chainsaw juggler. The Netflix American feed once had the "Prime Minister of Norway" cut of the episode, but when they added the last season of the show and rearranged the episodes by broadcast order, the "Chainsaw Juggler" version was used instead (which is also the version currently showing on Hulu). The original DVD version (not the re-release) has the original "Prime Minister of Norway" screen.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Looking for the original cut of this episode where the hand chip reads, "Prime Minister of Norway" instead of "Chainsaw Juggler" is difficult, but not impossible.
• The Other Darrin: In this episode (and from this point on), Sarah Silverman is now the voice of Fry's girlfriend, Michelle. In "Space Pilot 3000", Kath Soucie was the voice of Michelle in the short introductory scene of Fry's miserable life as he's making his final pizza delivery (he loses at a video game, he has to work while everyone is partying, his girlfriend breaks up with him and throws all of his stuff out of her apartment, his bike gets stolen, and the call turns out to be a prank).
• What Could Have Been: Much like "Jurassic Bark", the original idea for this episode would have had Fry's mother instead of his girlfriend come to the future to look for her son.
