- Actor-Shared Background: Frey is of mixed white and Black descent like her voice actress and model Ella Balinska, as the pre-corruption Tanta Cinta is shown to be white.
- Creator Killer: A month after the game's release, it was revealed
that Luminous Productions, the developers of the game, would be dissolved and merged with the rest of Square Enix on May 1st, 2023. While the official explanation of the merging from Square Enix was that it would "enhance the group's abilities to develop HD games", many blamed it on the game's poor reception and sales instead, which was later confirmed by Square Enix. - Development Hell: The first announcement offering a release date put the game's premiere in the first quarter of 2022. It has been delayed since then five times (twice before 2022 even started), gaining quite a reputation in the process.
