In this game, nearly every class is considered to be this in PvP. Of course, that's if you're actually skilled enough to qualify for these examples.

Warriors

  • Gladiators are feared due to their incredibly fast combos and sporting a Finishing Move which hits harder the lower your health is. Oh, and did we mention they can spam said Finishing Move every 2.5 seconds?
  • Lunar Knights sport huge area damage and have an vastly upgraded version of Cyclone Slash.
  • Barbarians have heavy stunlock combos and can also heal themselves.
  • Destroyers are tough to kill, and have skills with enough impact to break through your Super Armor.

Archers

  • Snipers can fire powerful charged shots in no time at all, and dish out heavy critical hits.
  • Wardens have upgraded access to the dreaded Guided Missiles, which tracks your position, and dishes out heavy burst damage.
  • Tempests are widely considered to be the deadliest class to face in PvP, thanks to many of their skills specializing in 1v1s.
  • Windwalkers are extremely difficult to catch thanks to their huge air mobility.

Sorceresses

  • Ice Witches are feared just as much as Tempests due to their multitude of ice spells which freeze and slow you down, allowing them and their friends to kill you with relative ease.
  • Chaos Mages can steal your buffs, and can also keep you stuck in the air or the ground with their gravity based skills.

Clerics

  • Guardians can keep you close to them, and compensate for their average offensive capability by being borderline unkillable.
  • Crusaders have access to electrocution skills, and have some nasty armor breakers to open you up for more damage and stunlock.
  • Inquisitors are difficult to get close to with their multiple electrocution skills which can interrupt your skills.
  • Saints are just as annoying to get close to thanks to their arsenal of relics that can summon lightning, and have very potent healing magic to make killing them more difficult.

Tinkerers

  • Shooting Stars are exceptionally dangerous in that you're essentially fighting two opponents at once (Her and Alfredo, who is easier to defeat, but still dangerous to fight), not to mention decimating you with short cooldown skills which deal multiple hits.
  • Adepts can freeze you with their Ice Beam skill, giving them a window of opportunity to destroy you with their other extremely hard-hitting skills such as Ground Zero and Magma Monument.

Kalis

  • Dark Summoners can keep you at bay with their shadow claw skills, and are difficult to catch.
  • Soul Eaters torment you with all sorts of nasty debuffs from all of their skills.
  • Blade Dancers become momentarily invincible when attacking, making it difficult to damage them.

Assassins

  • Reapers are similar to Guardians in that they can keep you in their sights, but instead of being unkillable, they can kill you very quickly with their insanely fast melee combos.
  • Ravens are just as bad, being able to kill you quickly from a longer range.
  • Both Abyss Walkers and Light Bringers are a nuisance to fight with their ability to summon animal companions and shadow clones to attack you alongside them.

Lenceas

  • Dragoons can rush you down with their physical skills, and can also expose weak points which lower your defenses, making them deal even more damage to you.

Machinas

  • A skilled Machina in PvP is incredibly scary to fight against. Both Ruina and Defensio can easily rush you down with their lengthy powerful combos, and are also extremely difficult to catch thanks to their Dynamic Entry skills.
