An elderly couple, Warren and Faye, set up camp next to the Bears' cave as new neighbors. Panda and Ice Bear love it, but after Grizzly overhears something about hunting them, he thinks they're up to no good.

- Catapult Nightmare: Grizzly wakes up with a start after having a dream in which the new neighbors break into his room.
- Crazy-Prepared: Ice Bear apparently had a casserole pre-prepared for if any new neighbors show up.
- Help, I'm Stuck!: Grizzly gets stuck when he tries to escape out the bathroom window of Warren and Faye's trailer.
- Peek-a-Boo Corpse: While looking around Warren and Faye's trailer, the bears find a bear skeleton inside a closet. It's later explained as actually fake and a reference for Warren and Faye's bear sculptures.
- Sheep in Sheep's Clothing: Warren and Faye are introduced as an average and friendly old couple, then presumed to be bear hunters who are after the brothers when Grizzly witnesses their disturbing behavior and the brothers investigate their trailer containing a book on bear anatomy and stalker-like photos of them, but it turns out they are actually wooden carvers of bears and didn't mean to alarm them with their creepy behavior.
- Stab the Salad: The bears see Warren and Faye doing disturbingly suspicious things, like hacking at a stump with Grizzly's face taped to it, or carrying a bag of bones. But in the end, all these things have reasonable explanations.
- Stalker Shrine: When the Bears investigate Warren and Faye's trailer, they find a wall covered in photos of Grizzly, Panda, and Ice Bear.
- You Watch Too Much X: When Grizzly becomes paranoid of Warren and Faye being bear hunters, Panda chalks it up as seeing too much of the crime documentary show he was watching at the beginning of the episode.
