Caleb and Julian learn a shocking truth about Nerissa while the girls are trying to organize a concert for Vance Michael Justin under Irma who's being unreasonably bossy with everyone but Martin.

- Child by Rape: Caleb is one, because Nerissa disguised herself as the Mage in order to fool Julian and have a child.
- The Farmer and the Viper: Nerissa states that after she managed to escape her prison in Mount Thanos, the real Mage took her in with the intention of helping the former Guardian reform. Nerissa repaid that generosity by taking up the Mage's identity after the latter died (possibly by her hand) and using her resources in her Evil Plan.Caleb: Why would the Mage help you?
Nerissa: She wanted to… "save" me. Wanted me to see the bigger picture, which I did… to her regret. - Have You Come to Gloat?: When Nerissa is in her Mage disguise in the Infinite City's dungeons, Frost asks if she's come to gloat to him and the other prisoners. She confirms in her normal voice that's part of the reason she's there before she reveals them her true form.
- Internal Reveal: Phobos and the Knights of Vengeance learn in this episode that Nerissa impersonated the Mage and gathered up the Knights only to use them as a distraction for the Guardians.
- Luke, I Am Your Father: Nerissa is revealed to be Caleb's mother.
- The Reveal: Nerissa stole the Mage's identity when the latter died eighteen years earlier, and she had Caleb with Julian.
