Ms. Keane is nervous about a date with a guy. The girls assure her that she's fine just the way she is. En route to her date, Ms. Keane is drenched with defective toxic waste from Mojo Jojo's truck which causes her to grow monster-size. She exiles herself to Monster Island while an insect, also monster size from the toxic waste, rampages the city.
This episode contains examples of:
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: The toxic waste turns Ms. Keane into a Giant Woman. Later, an ant eats the waste and grows as well, and the girls, with help from Ms. Keane, have to fight it.
- False Reassurance: Mojo saying that the toxic waste was defective does nothing to make Ms. Keane feel better about being covered in it, especially when it mutates her immediately afterwards. Turns out the defective part is that its effects wear off.
- I Am a Monster: After Ms. Keane grows, she accidentally wrecks some buildings and the citizens call her a monster. Keane, after being driven away by the army, calls herself a monster and exiles herself to Monster Island.
- Informed Flaw: Ms. Keane worries about the big pimple on her face, and when the army is after her they point out the pimple for targeting. Not once is the audience shown said pimple.
- Let's Get Dangerous!: When Ms. Keane sees the girls getting trounced by the monster insect, she returns and kicks its tuchus.
- Running Gag: While everything is crumbling, Ms. Keane's date patiently waits at the restaurant for her.
- She Cleans Up Nicely: For her pear-shaped figure, Ms. Keane looks rather radiant going out for the night.
