Other
- Big Finish's adaptation of The Picture of Dorian Gray. Not technically part of the series, but it also features Alexander Vlahos as Dorian Gray and several characters who play a part in this adaptation reprise their roles in later series.
- Shades of Gray - Dorian's first appearance in Big Finish was in episode 2 of the 14th season of Bernice Summerfield, where Benny, Jack and Ruth find Dorian's portrait in an abandoned house.
- The Skin Walkers - A Dark Shadows audio drama produced by Big Finish. Although Dorian doesn't appear this was the first story by Big Finish Productions to introduce the Lowell Foundation, which would go on to play a prominent role in Series 3 of Confessions.
- The Darkest Shadow - Another Dark Shadows audio drama. Dorian isn't the focus but he has a brief cameo again played by Alexander Vlahos, and it plays heavily on the themes of art linked to the supernatural.
- The Worlds of Big Finish - Big Finish's Crisis Crossover between the Graceless, Sherlock Holmes, Iris Wildthyme, Bernice Summerfield, Vienna Salvatori and, of course, Dorian Gray himself.
- Before Your Eyes - A Live-Action Adaptation made as a Milestone Celebration for the 10th anniversary of the series.
