Thanks to Captain Zahab, Ryouma has fallen in battle and is knocked out. While Hyuuga and Yuuta try to heal Ryouma, the rest of the Gingamen try to stop Daitanix's rampage across Japan before it can destroy the Earth.
Episode Tropes:
- All for Nothing: After forty-plus episodes of trying to revive Daitanix, the Balban finally get their goal completed but are forced to abandon the Demon Beast once it becomes clear to them it is too weak for them to move forward.
- An Arm and a Leg: Ginga Rhinos and Ginga Phoenix each lose an arm due to Daitanix, but they get better for the rematch.
- Attack Its Weakpoint: Both the Gingamen and Bucrates believe that attacking Daitanix's back will finish the Demon Beast as the rot from the seal is getting worse.
- Battle in the Center of the Mind: We get to see Ryouma trying to fight off death and fear against an apparition of Captain Zahab. It's only thanks to Yuuta's words of encouragement that he is able to wake up.
- Bittersweet Ending: The Gingamen are successful in destroying Daitanix and saving Japan, but Hyuuga is forced to return to Bucrates without a choice. And at the end of the episode, Captain Zahab and the Balban laugh manically as they have bigger plans for the Gingamen to face against.
- The Bus Came Back: Hyuuga becomes Bull Taurus for the first time since the fight against Illies.
- Villain: Exit, Stage Left: Once Battabos and Biznella see that Daitanix is overheating, they order Shelinda to retreat and come up with a new plan. Shelinda refuses that order until Captain Zahab forces her to.
- Wham Episode: The Gingamen kill Daitanix for good.
