- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Captain Zahab stabbing Ryouma with his own Starbeast Sword and leaving the latter heavily injured as he passes out from his wounds. Also, Gingaoh falls to the ground after a devastating blast from Daitanix.
- Curb-Stomp Battle:
- Despite having the Steel Starbeasts help Gingaoh, who is in Super Shine Mode, the Gingamen fail to defeat Daitanix and get their asses handed to them.
- Likewise, Captain Zahab trounces Hyuuga and Ryouma when they try fighting the leader of the Balban Army.
- Eye Catch: A new set of eyecatches are introduced in this episode. The first features the Gingamen and Hyuuga as the Black Knight with their Starbeasts, while the second features the four mecha of the season.
