After all the previous operations were performed, the Commander of the operation "The Machine" goes to war. He goes through a portal similar to those seen in Quake in order to put an end to the Machine and the Strogg threat once and for all.

There's only one level here, the eponymous "Temple of the Creator".

This level shows examples of:

  • Boss Rush: Immediately after defeating the Servants, the acid pits lower and you face two big Shamblers, the "Masters of the Machine".
  • Co-Dragons: A Hornet and a Super Tank fought as Dual Boss called "Servants of the Creator".
  • Continuity Nod: The pair of dual bosses is reminiscent of the Nintendo 64 version of the game, where you fought two Tank Commanders and two Hornets in sequence.
  • Cosmetic Award: Completing the unit nets the "Disc Collector" achievement.
  • Dual Boss: Two pairs: a Hornet and Super Tank as the Servants of the Creator, and two big Shamblers as the Masters of the Machine.
  • Flunky Boss: Both pairs of Dual Bosses fight alongside other Strogg variants: the Servants alongside a pair of Beta Class Gladiators and around 12 Light Guards, and the Masters with around 12 Mutants.
  • A Winner Is You: Instead of an ending cinematic, your character drifts aimlessly throughout space in the ending, with a congratulatory text a la Quake.
  • Wolfpack Boss: Initially you face a Hornet and a Super Tank. Afterwards you face two beefy Shamblers.
