• Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Jessie, using Gourgeist and Meowth, manages to get all the way to the Semi Finals. Gourgeist's sweeping performance in particular actually leaves Serena a little worried about the competition.
• Every Proper Lady Should Curtsy: Aria, when she makes her entrance.
• Lipstick-and-Load Montage: The girls preparing for the opening ceremony of the performance.
• Offscreen Moment of Awesome: Full of these. Due to the compressed time of the episode and the Showcase arc altogether:
  • We just discover that all of Serena's rivals have also won the necessary Princess Keys (we had only previously seen Shauna and Jessie win one each).
  • This also applies to some of the background performers, a number of whom had been seen still trying to win keys just 3 episodes ago. Bonus point to Monsieur Pierre hosting that many showcases in that shorter space of time,
  • For the Master Class itself, we only see a few performances or small clips of some. Meowth in particular won the Quarter Finals for Jessie, with what performance we never find out.
• Troll: Miette once again toys around with Serena's crush, asking who Ash will be rooting for. Ash lets the wind out of her sails by confirming he'll root for Serena if he has to choose between the two of them, though she still uses it to tease Serena.
• Trying Not to Cry: Both Nini and Miette after being eliminated try to hold the tears as they encourage Serena to go on.
