Sick, Did somebody say Sick? is the fourth episode of the 4th season of Pee-wee's Playhouse. Pee-Wee is out of food and goes to the grocery store. While doing so, Randy decides to take over the show. And when anybody says the secret word, They should bark instead of scream. Then Pee-Wee scolded to Randy to not ruin the show again. However, there is another problem. Jambi has a disease called Meka Leka Hi, Meka Hidy-Itis. Pee-Wee calls Dr. Jinga-Janga the Genie Doctor.
