A Halloween party turns into a spooky time when there's a ghostly figure roaming around on a ship. Can the PAW Patrol solve the paranormal mystery and save the Halloween party?

- Dresses the Same: Chickaletta and Cali (and Zuma for that matter) show up wearing the same Halloween costume: a pirate.
- Ghost Ship: Captain Turbot is hosting a Halloween party on a supposedly haunted ship.
- Gravity Is a Harsh Mistress: As the ship sails away on its own, the gang plank is left with nothing to balance on. Captain Turbot, who’s standing on the plank, hovers in the air for a moment before he realizes he should be falling.
