The Ninja must turn away from their recently earned life of fame to face their new enemy, a djinn named Nadakhan.
This episode provides examples of:
- Arc Words: Be Careful What You Wish For.
- Artifact of Doom: The Teapot of Tyrahn, in which Nadakhan the Djinn is trapped.
- Be Careful What You Wish For: Doubles as Arc Words.
- The Bus Came Back: Clouse manages to escape from the Cursed Realm before the Preeminent's death. He searches through the wreckage of Stiix only to find the Teapot of Tyrahn, kicking off the events of the season.
- Call-Back: When Jay talks about bad things happening when the Ninja split up, he cites the Tournament of Elements, Lloyd getting possessed by Morro, and their visit to Yang's temple as specific examples.
- Exact Words: Clouse's three wishes, which Nadakhan uses to his advantage. Firstly, Clouse wishes for his book of spells. He earns it, but it turns into ash because the book was burnt in "The Corridor of Elders". Secondly, he wishes to become mortal again. He then suffers extreme pain as it occurs, due to the fact that a transformation from a ghost to a human is painful. Finally, after some persuasion from Nadakhan, he wishes for it to "all go away", where he is then sucked into the Teapot of Tyrahn.
- Literal Genie: Nadakhan, to a great extent and a Jerkass one to.
- The Reveal: A minor one, but remember three episodes ago, when the Ninja saw their futures in an ice maze, while Cole saw nothing even though ghosts produce reflections? Well, this is because Cole learns about the power of Invisibility.
- The Undead: Clouse somehow escaped from the Cursed Realm's destruction last episode. However, he is now a ghost because of this.
