Lloyd and Arin try to escape the Imperium alongside Wyldfyre and the dragons, while back at the monastery Kai receives a mysterious visitor.

- Badass Boast: Wyldfyre gets in a Title Drop when she sets out to rescue Heatwave and is told there will be danger.Wyldfyre: I will be the danger.
- Companion Cube: Kai's gotten a little too attached to the TV, calling it his only friend.
- Distressed Dude: When Arin's not paying attention, Percival captures Riyu and carts him off to Empress Beatrix.
- Let Us Never Speak of This Again: After being summoned by Ras, Rapton tells his troops that he was ordered to never speak about the fact the escaped dragons literally just walked over them.

- Wham Line: The mysterious apparition that visits the monastery speaks with Wu's voice.
