The third episode of Moonlight Mask.
A wounded Kazama is betrayed and finished off by a masked assassin, following orders from his boss, Skull Mask. The police arrive on the scene too late, unable to prevent the assassin from escaping. On his Cool Bike, Moonlight Mask pursues the villain in his car. Though a henchmen shoots at him repeatedly, the hero is unfazed and soon catches up with the car, forcing the driver to pull over. He does, but runs away with Moonlight Mask giving chase to a graveyard before he is intercepted by more mooks, led by Skull Mask himself as he confronts the hero. Skull Mask plans to kill him but Moonlight Mask, representing justice, brings the challenge to evil, fleeing and eluding the villains. Producing his own pistol, Moonlight Mask lands a hit on Skull Mask, who pursues with his goons, noting that their plans cannot proceed whilst he is alive. The hero disappears, leaving behind a note which reads "justice will prevail". Skull Mask curses him, but then they all hear Moonlight Mask singing his song, which gets Skull Mask to send off his mooks to pursue. With the villains split up, Moonlight Mask knocks out a goon and unmasks him, only for Skull Mask to shoot his own henchman dead before taking his leave, leaving our hero unable to glean any information from him. Unfortunately, a group of police officers appear, finding Moonlight Mask in a compromising position. Moonlight Mask maintains his innocence but is unwilling to submit to questioning, simply telling them that they will know the truth in time. Thus, our hero is forced to flee with the police in pursuit.
- Bad Boss: Skull Mask kills one of his own henchmen to prevent Moonlight Mask gaining information from them.
- Character Signature Song: Moonlight Mask sings his own to disperse a pack of mooks as they go looking for him, allowing him to capture one of them.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Moonlight Mask fleeing from the police, unwilling to submit to their questioning.
- Hero with Bad Publicity: The police find Moonlight Mask with the body of one of Skull Mask's slain henchmen, falsely concluding that he is a murderer.
- Previously on…: The episode opens with a repeat, albeit using a different take, of Kazama's murder which ended the previous episode.
