As MK is beginning to bemoan Monkey King not being around to teach him, he learns how to shrink himself and ends up in the Spider Queen’s lair. While looking for a way out, he comes face to face with the mysterious girl who has been “serving” Spider Queen - The Lady Bone Demon.

Lady Bone Demon: (laughs) Monkey King? Do you really think he doesn’t already know all about me? Curious he is not here with you now, is it not? Ah. I see. You have begun to suspect what he already knows. That he made the wrong choice. Picked the wrong successor. - Downer Ending: MK is hit hard by the realization that the Spider Queen pales in comparison to Lady Bone Demon, whom he barely escapes from with his life, and Monkey King is still absent.
- False Innocence Trick: Lady Bone Demon pretends to be a scared, crying, helpless girl who’s been trapped by Spider Queen in order to trick MK.
- The Inspector Is Coming: Pigsy has the restaurant cleaned in time for a hotshot food critic to arrive. When the critic turns out to be Tang, he's horrified and allows him all the free noodles he can. However, he finds out at the end when MK accidentally gets him a bad review that the site only has one follower, that being Tang himself. Meaning that Tang only became a food critic as an excuse to get free noodles, something Pigsy does not take well.
- Internal Reveal: Spider Queen sees Lady Bone Demon using her powers, finally realizing she’s not a normal girl. While she doesn’t know exactly who she is until a few episodes later, the expression on her face makes it clear she knows it’s not good.
- New Body, Old Abilities: Lady Bone Demon is currently possessing an ordinary human girl, but it is revealed she is quite powerful regardless.
- Psychic Nosebleed: According to MK, he "only got five" of these while learning Astral Projection to speak to Monkey King.
- Shout-Out: MK briefly shows off his staff shirking skills Avatar-style.
- Vomit Indiscretion Shot: Tang ends up visibly vomiting as a result of smelling MK's stench after his escape through the sewers.
- Wham Episode: Lady Bone Demon reveals her true identity to both MK and Spider Queen, cementing herself as the real threat going forward to the both of them, and MK is left shaken down to his core upon realizing he’ll have to find a way to stop her.
