Summary

In a city, a Kaiju shadows over its town square as the populace see it and run in fear. The Kaiju, Faucet Hildon, releases a stream of sludge that splashes out Bechats which then attack the civilians. From the CARAT headquarters, owner and CEO Muryo instructs four rangers to suit up in their new uniforms as they prepare for battle.

Meanwhile, in a nearby school, one class sees Faucet Hildon from the windows. One of them trips over the chair of Juru Atsuta and starts picking a fight with him, but he's too distracted in his drawing. Juru then notices the giant monster, and the student decides to film it in a higher place, with his girlfriend accompanying him. Seeing the monster, Juru has an inspiration and starts drawing in the room, despite the students being instructed to evacuate.

Mabushiina then approaches Juru, asking him to fight the Yodonheim Empire, since he supposedly has a high level of Kiramental. Juru protests, believing she's gotten the wrong guy, but a gigantic red stone appears by the window and transports him and Mabushiina. He is the one who chose Juru, believing him to sparkle in his own way. Mabushiina equips the Kiramai Changer onto Juru as the red Kiramai Stone brings them to battle.

Arriving at the battle scene, Juru sees four other rangers battling the Bechats. Witnessing them gives him an inspiration as he dives into battle and draws each of them. After battle, they confront him for distracting them in battle. As they cancel their transformation, Juru recognizes them as celebrities of their own right. One of them, Sayo, notices the Juru has the Kiramai Changer and asks whether he is the fifth member. Juru denies, stating that he is a nobody. The red Kiramai Stone disagrees—even if he can't pinpoint his specialty, he can find a high level of Kiramai Mental in him.

The Faucet Hildon is then instructed to create a magic circle using its blotting sludge. Muryo alerts the rangers to head to where the giant monster is to take it down. Meanwhile, Juru is seen sitting on a grass slide, moping. Mabushiina is about to ask for the Kiramai Changer back when she accidentally stumbles on his drawings. She is surprised to see new concepts; Juru explains that they are what could be used to beat the bad guys. At this point, both Mabushiina and the red Kiramai Stone realizes what Juru's Kiramental is, and encourage him to use it with the latter's power.

Mabushiina receives a call that the other four rangers have trouble dealing with Faucet Hildon. Juru thinks hard and has an idea, drawing a picture of a car. Using this drawing, the red Kiramai Stone transform into a sports car to transport Juru into the battle field, faster than ever!

Juru sees the same students whom he interacted earlier trapped on top of the building. Wanting to reach out to rescue them, he demonstrate his powers in front of the other rangers by drawing a fire truck. The red Kiramai Stone absorbs the essence of his drawing and transforms into one. Now known as "Fire", he launched a ladder through Faucet Hildon as Juru, who transforms as Kiramai Red, ran up, blasting back at the opponent with Kiramai Buster, and saved the students.

Kiramai Pink asks Kiramai Red whether he can give their fellow Kiramai Stones vehicular forms as well. Kiramai Red thinks for a while, and comes up with the appropriate forms: Medical Helicopter "Helico" for the pink, Jet Plane "Jetter" for the blue, Sports Car "Mach" for the green and Excavator "Shovellow" for the yellow. With their newfound forms, the Mashins disorient Faucet Hildon before closing its tap and stopping its muddy water spray. Finally, with four other Mashin stacking on top of each other in their stones form, Fire finishes the monster off by launching them at the beast.
