I have no idea.

  • Accident, Not Murder: Konstantin claims Kenny accidentally backed onto the ledge of the rooftop, and fell by accident. Carolyn doesn't completely believe this, considering Konstantin's habit of lying to save himself.
  • Ambiguous Situation: Do Eve and Villanelle walk away from each other for good? Or do they reconcile? The last shot shows them stop and looking back at one another.
  • Boom, Headshot!: Carolyn shoots her crooked colleague Paul in the head after its made clear he is a primary member of the Twelve.
  • I Want My Beloved to Be Happy: Villanelle actually seems willing to let Eve go and live a normal life, if that's what she wants.
  • It's All My Fault: Carolyn admits that she blames herself for her son's death, since she endangered him by informing him of the Twelve.
  • Line-of-Sight Name: "Tallulah Shark".
  • The Reveal: Konstantin went to see Kenny at work on the day Kenny was killed. According to Konstantin, Kenny was getting closer to identifying The Twelve (and by extension, Konstantin's own embezzlement). After trying to offer Kenny a job with the Twelve to keep both of them safe, Kenny, anxiously backed away from Konstantin and accidentally fell over the ledge of the building.
  • Trying Not to Cry: Villanelle, as she walks away from Eve. When she turns and sees Eve watching her, it becomes a Tearful Smile.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: After Carolyn kills Paul, Eve is aghast that Carolyn just blew away a key member of the Twelve with a wealth of information. Carolyn justifies her actions by saying that the Twelve can't be brought down, and that their obsession with doing so has robbed them of loved ones (Kenny to Carolyn, and Niko to Eve).
  • Will They or Won't They?: Eve and Villanelle attempt to part ways for good at the conclusion of the episode, but as both are walking away, they turn around and face each other before the episode ends.
