- Release Date: October 24, 1998
Rigby's is holding a raffle, with a giant TV for a prize. Unfortunately, Kel breaks it and Kenan must use his parents' new TV to replace it.
- Brick Joke: Kel mentions he traded a raffle ticket for a balloon from a clown. The same clown shows up at the raffle.Clown: (realizing he didn't have the winning number on his ticket) Aw, man!
- Disaster Dominoes: Chris loses his TV, then Kenan loses his TV and his replacement TV — all no thanks to Kel's incompetence.
- Downer Ending: Because of Kel's actions, the Rockmores are left with a crummy TV.
- Everyone Has Standards: Crazy Betty is willing to deliver Kenan a TV within just a few hours, and charge him only 500 dollars for it, (as opposed to its standard 800 dollar price) rationalizing "lucky for you, I'm crazy!" That said, he draws the line at Kel breaking his camera, which forces Kenan to buy a far inferior TV instead.
- Hope Spot: Kenan is glad to receive a cheaper but same-looking TV as a replacement for the one given to the raffle winner. Then Kel breaks a video camera, leaving Kenan to pay for the damages with only $47 remaining.
- Idiot Houdini: Kel manages to get off the hook for breaking Chris' TV, losing the winning raffle ticket, and smashing Crazy Betty's video camera.
- Malaproper: Kel mistook raffle for waffle. So did the delivery man.Kel: I love raffles, especially with a lot of maple syrup and butter.
- Misplaced Retribution: Played with. Crazy Betty orders Kenan to pay the damages for the video camera Kel broke, but he is only one with cash.
- Stunned Silence: The Rockmores become paralyzed with shock when they realize their TV is gone.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Kenan calls out Kel for all the destruction he caused.Kenan: Why did you break the video camera? Or better yet, why did you lose the winning raffle ticket? No, no! Why'd you have to break Chris' TV?
Kel: It was an accident. It was an accident. I had to get my balloon back.
