Rather, this world now has a new supreme ruler: Hiryu Kakogawa.
As Sougo Tokiwa struggles, he is confronted by Kamen Rider Decade — Tsukasa Kadoya.
He explains that Hiryu Kakogawa must be defeated in order for the world to be saved.
And then, another Rider joins the fray...
Grand Zi-O throws his fight against GeizRevive Shippu because Sougo doesn't want to fight Geiz, his comrade. But Geiz doesn't care and preparing to finish him, only for Tsukuyomi to intercept with her time stopping power. She asks Geiz to spare the Great Demon King as she want to ask him for information. Geiz relents and undoes his transformation.
Meanwhile, a recently-arrived Daiki Kaito muses on the world's current state, concluding that a wonderful treasure is waiting for him to take.
Sougo, with Tsukasa in tow, is taken back to 95 DO. There, Sougo explains about the true timeline in which he, Geiz, Tsukuyomi and Woz fight together. But Geiz doesn't know anyone called Woz and when Tsukuyomi asks about the enemy they fought, Sougo cannot answer. Tsukasa instead explains that Sougo is destined to become overlord in the future, upsetting Geiz. He storms out, ending the discussion. Sougo then ask Junichiro for a first aid kit, which he gives him in terror.
In his castle, Hiryu is informed by Woz about Sougo's future as Oma Zi-O. Hiryu then declares his ambition to take Sougo's throne as overlord of time himself; as Ora sarcastically asks about the deaths of his three Another Rider underlings, Hiryu arrogantly replies that their deaths are easily reversed with Another Zi-O II's history-altering powers. Upon hearing that, Kaito appears and shoots the lamps around his throne, rendering them in darkness. In confusion, he transforms into Diend and summons Kamen Rider Specter and Kamen Rider Brave to fight Another Ghost and Another Ex-Aid respectively, as he steals the Zi-O II Anotherwatch. But before he can escape, Swartz freezes him and takes back the AnotherWatch, asking Hiryu to chase Sougo with the assistance of a displeased Ora. Seeing a use for Kaito, he proceeds to bestow some power onto him...
Sougo and Tsukuyomi approach a moping Geiz, but before they can talk, Hiryu challenges him. Sougo transforms into Zi-O II, but he is defeated easily. Before he can change to Grand Zi-O, Kaito use his new Time powers to stop time and steal the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch, as Ora looks on in shock. This prompts Geiz to help Sougo escape. Swartz then arrives and asks Hiryu to capture Tsukuyomi.
Geiz takes Sougo to a rooftop and he asks about their relationship in Sougo's timeline. Sougo happily explains that their relationship is lot alike they are now, but after many fights, Sougo came to consider Geiz as a comrade. Before he can explain more however, Tsukuyomi calls Geiz, asking for help.
Hiryu chases Tsukuyomi with Another Build and Another Kabuto. She prepares to use her powers, but is foiled by Another Kabuto. Luckily Tsukasa comes to her aid. Hiryu is intrigued about him and they both transform to fight. Decade is losing however, until Sougo and Geiz arrive. Geiz transforms into GeizRevive Gouretsu and tells Sougo to help Tsukuyomi while he and Decade fight Another Zi-O II.
Tsukuyomi struggles to escape the Another Riders. She stops time... but Heure reverses it, while wondering who gave her the power of Time Jackers. Sougo then arrives, but Woz intercepts him, enabling Heure to capture Tsukuyomi. Sougo says that he doesn't want to fight Woz, and Woz concurs, so he lets him go.
Heure takes Tsukuyomi before Swartz, who then reveals that she is his sister...

- Big Damn Heroes:
- Tsukuyomi stops Geiz's from killing Sougo just in time with her time powers.
- Tsukasa fights off some of Hiryu's Another Riders to give Tsukuyomi time to escape.
- Callback: Once again Sougo has to correct Geiz that Decade is magenta, not pink, just like in the Supplmentry plans.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Sougo attempts to fight Hiryu/Another Zi-O II as Zi-O II despite the fact Another Zi-O was a Mirror Match with Zi-O II. It doesn't end well for Sougo.
- Don't Make Me Destroy You: When Sougo gives chase after the Another Riders chasing Tsukuyomi, Woz intervenes and allows Heure to leave with Tsukuyomi in tow, using this trope to try to deter Sougo from fighting back.
- The Dreaded: Both Hiryu and Sougo. Due to Hiryu's actions the resistance hates and fears anyone with the name Zi-O thus they also fear Sougo.
- Enemy Mine: At the very least Tsukuyomi is willing to team up with Sougo if it means they can defeat Hiryu.
- Face Death with Dignity: Sougo does not fight back against Geiz when he appears in the parking garage because Sougo still trusts in Geiz's promise to kill him if he ever went down the path of Oma Zi-O. It was only by the timely intervention of Tsukuyomi that Sougo doesn't die then.
- Funny Background Event: While Sougo, Tsukuyomi and Geiz are having a serious talk, Tsukasa is messing around in the background taking and eating bread.
- I Am Your Opponent: Just when Tsukuyomi gets caught by Another Build and Another Kabuto, Tsukasa gets in the way of Hiryu's kidnapping and holds him off to let Tsukuyomi escape.
- In Spite of a Nail: It's shown that despite the memory loss Geiz and Tsukuyomi still dimly remember Sougo.
- Tsukuyomi once again wants to at least listen and trust Sougo.
- Geiz can't hate Sougo and wonders if he knew him.
- Internal Reveal: Swartz reveals to Tsukuyomi that they're related, to her shock.
- Lack of Empathy: Hiryu once again shows that all he cares about is making Sougo suffer and he'll steal Sougo's future as Oma Zi-O to do it even if it means everyone else will suffer.
- Manipulative Bastard: We see that Hiryu is being controlled by Swartz even if he thinks that he's in charge.
- Refuge in Audacity: Daiki managed to somehow stealth into Hiryu's throne room and almost successfully managed to escape with the Another Zi-O II Anotherwatch without having to directly fight Hiryu. Almost because Swartz was waiting nearby and stopped Daiki in his tracks before he could get away.
- Why Can't I Hate You?: Again, Geiz can't bring himself to hate Sougo.
