- Christmas Miracle: Phoenix destroys the presents Tatsuro was going to give to the kids at a orphanage in order to make him despair. Haruto goes inside him and and kills the Phantom. While in there, Santa gives Haruto a present. Back in reality, Haruto finds out the present is a ring which can only be used once, but it restores the presents, so Tatsuro can make the kids happy.
- Finishing Move: Phoenix falls to Kamen Rider Wizard Water Dragon's Dragon Tail.
- It Only Works Once: The Merry Christmas Ring fades away after Haruto uses it.
