The city is in turmoil, thanks to a Gentleman Thief known as Little John, who steals from the rich and gives to the poor, while seemingly using paranormal means to fulfill his capers. At the same time, the Hermit, in his usual manner, gives Takeru three hints regarding the next Eyecon: England, woods and thief. The undead Rider quickly deduces that it must mean Robin Hood. It quickly becomes apparent that this is no coincidence, and as such, Ghost prepares to meet face to face with Little John.
- Attack Its Weak Point: That's how Ghost Robin Damashii managed to pull of a kill on Ono: by shooting through the gaps in his barrier that appeared when he throwed his axes. And it was Onari who figured it out.
- Bound and Gagged: Onari gets into this situation after he manages to chase down Little John.
- Cooldown Hug: Takeru gives one to Mari in order to break her out of Ono Ganma's influence.
- Didn't See That Coming: Mysterious Man's reaction on how Ghost managed to beat Ono Ganma and acquire another Eyecon.
- Early-Bird Cameo: Makoto makes a brief appearance with his Mobile Cobra after Ghost defeats Ono Ganma before walking away.
- Freudian Excuse: The reason why Mari eventually became Little John was because her father died due of the current corrupt system.
