The Sandman and Tooth Fairy, two of the most well-known characters in folklore, go head to head in a rap battle.
This rap battle provides examples of:
- Actor Allusion: When Sandman ends his first verse (Cause you're gonna lose a tooth if you try to bite the dust!), a drawn avatar of Freshy pops up. Sandman is played by Freshy, whose real name is Dustin.
- Another example that might be unintentional with Boogeyman. He says that the only way he can be defeated is with a light switch. The voice actor for Boogeyman is credited as Light.
- Depending on the Artist: This battle features quite a few different designs for the characters. Dustin has explained that it mirrors how there isn't a consensus about how they look since they're all a Public Domain Character and everyone has different interpretations of them.
- Living Drawing: The title cards of Sandman and Tooth Fairy are children's drawings of them, which then come to life to do the battle. Though, only Sandman is seen doing this onscreen.
- Wham Shot: The announcer getting interrupted while ending the battle with what looks like fog...Cue Boogeyman.
