Oda Nobunaga's head has suddenly vanished! The likely source is a singularity in SAITAMA Japan, where events have unfolded in a war between the Servants Takasugi Shinsaku and Takechi Zuizan. And among the events, there's another Sakamoto Ryomum working underneath Takechi.

- It's revealed that a Mori Ranmaru was summoned in the Grail War before the event, and was killed while his Noble Phantasm, the head of Oda Nobunaga that he cut off and hid at Nobu's orders, was stolen. Mysterious Ranmaru X is from a planet of alternate Ranmarus, much to his shock at the end of the events.
- The Oryu-less Ryoma is from a timeline where he was never assassinated, and thus became a proper Heroic Spirit rather than a Counter Guardian like Chaldea Ryoma.
- Big Bad Duumvirate: Takasugi Shinsaku and Amanojaku worked together the entire time, and they both tried to stab each other in the back during the event's climax.
- Taking You with Me: Used twice against Amanojaku.
- While Amanojaku possesses the alternate Ryoma, Chaldea Ryoma takes a hit from Amasakahoko, before breaking the Noble Phantasm and destroying both Ryomas.
- After Amanojaku is expelled from the Kijin, he tries to possess Takechi. Takechi had predicted this, and thanks to Izumo-no-Okuni's enchantment, he finishes off Amanojaku through a Seppuku.
