- Boss Rush: This chapter is a boss rush of fighting against the void dragons. In order, the group fights against Nidhogg, Zephyr, Jeanne d'Arc, Agni and finally Poseidon.
- Breaking Old Trends: April 2020 is the first dragon Gala Dragalia, now making it where dragons have even months (February/April/June/August/October/December) and adventurers have odd months (January/March/May/July/September/November).
- Corrupt Church: The Bishop of an Ilian church is revealed to have used the Agito in sowing chaos for power, especially in assassinating a priest named Father Harold.
- The Corruption: While Phares may be the one leading the void dragons against his brothers, Beren's black mana is the one doing the corrupting as shown when he uses it to turn Poseidon into a void dragon.
- I Don't Want to Die: Phares writes this in his diary, having taken an experimental cure to stop his wyrmscale.
- Innocuously Important Episode: While there's a whole lot going on with the void dragons and Beren, this episode sets up so many future events down the line.
- Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: Volk does this while making the Bishop have the "oh crap" moment.Volk: Oh very well. If you want him so badly, you may have him. She's likely to have found what she was looking for by now anyway.
Bishop: Looking for...? No! The documents! (slash) GRAAAAAGH! - Face Framed in Shadow: In Future Zethia's world, Emperor Euden is shown like this.
- From Bad to Worse: The party falls into a pit after defeating Void Poseidon...and it's filled with even more clones of him.
- The Reveal: Euden's party, as well as players, finally meet the long-hidden Fifth Scion of the Alberian Royal Family, Beren.
- Super Window Jump: Volk does this with the Bishop as part of his plan to lure the Templars out of the Church so Ciella can ransack it for documents while also burning it down.
