A father-son pair of UnSubs kidnap college girls and lock them in the attic. Rossi's daughter Joy brings the case to the BAU.

Intrepid Reporter: Rossi's daughter Joy is one, and compared to the last time we saw her, when she was mostly self published, she seems to be doing well in that regard now, being on the staff of a magazine and pursuing her own stories.
It's Personal: Part of why Joy is so passionate about the missing women is that the first victim went to college with her and a week before she disappeared, Joy herself was attacked on her way home from a party. She fought the guy off but never reported it and has felt guilty about it ever since.
Like Father Like Daughter: Rossi is an investigator, Joy is an investigative reporter. She follows leads to find the UnSub on her own.
Meaningful Rename: Joy apparently uses the name Joy Rossi now, at least at work. Rossi is touched when he finds out.
Papa Wolf: Rossi convinces Hotch to open a case simply because Joy asks him too. And later, when a suspect threatens her, his Tranquil Fury is a sight to behold.
Title Drop: Hotch points out that they have two UnSubs in a target rich environment.
