Tok Aba recaps how he and the others escaped the Sleep Monster's Dream World. The episode starts with Probe watching a drama of a young man named Azroy about to bid farewell to his beloved Sasha. Adu Du is annoyed to find Probe crying, and switches the TV off to dismiss Probe, despite his protests. Adu Du is later seen tearing up from the show as well, though he tries to hide it, even throwing a mug at Probe when he guesses correctly. Meanwhile, Gopal, Ying and BoBoiBoy are at Tok Aba's Cocoa Shop watching the same show until a commercial announces that it is "World Biscuit Day", much to the three's dismay.
They try to avoid Yaya, and eventually only BoBoiBoy is left without an excuse to not help with making and distributing Yaya's biscuits, as he can split into three to help Tok Aba at the same time. BoBoiBoy Wind is the one picked to help Yaya, who provides him a long list of ingredients to get. Adu Du's minion robot spies on them, and Adu Du decides to sabotage the recipe through the one bottle of goat milk on the list. He makes a concoction called "Chemical Emotive X" which Probe masks as a free bottle of goat milk for BoBoiBoy Wind to find and take home, which he does. Yaya too shrugs off the odd coloring, thinking that "green apple flavor" wouldn't hurt to add. After the biscuits are done, BoBoiBoy Wind tries one out of curiosity, and his emotions go haywire before he joyously laughs and remarks how great Yaya's biscuits are and that he'll make everyone taste them, before flying out the window with all the wrapped biscuits.
Yaya can only follow the trail of emotionally crazed citizens to try and find him, but ends up at Tok Aba's Cocoa Shop to discuss with the others on the recent happenings and where BoBoiBoy Wind could possibly be, and conclude the unique ingredient of the "apple-flavored" goat milk to be the cause of everyone acting crazy. BoBoiBoy Wind flies past, and turns around when the others call for him. He offers them biscuits, but BoBoiBoy Earth demands him to stop giving them to everyone. Wind insists that they're delicious and eats more of them, causing the tornado he's riding on to grow in size and surround him, forming a shield which the others can't break through despite their efforts. The wind gets stronger and his laughs and power become greater, until BoBoiBoy Wind transforms and rides a hoverboard, introducing himself as BoBoiBoy Cyclone.

- Autocannibalism: Mr. Biscuit, an anthropomorphic cookie on the commercial for World Biscuit/Cookie Day, eats himself and comments on the delicious taste.
- Chemically-Induced Insanity: Adu Du makes "Chemical Emotive X", a serum which would make the emotions of anyone who consumes it "under his whim". Sure enough, anyone who eats Yaya's biscuits containing the chemical acts crazy, from getting overly emotional over flat tires, having money (not the lack of money, having money) or simply for no reason at all.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends right after BoBoiBoy Wind suddenly upgrades into BoBoiBoy Cyclone.
- Cranial Eruption: Gopal gets startled by Yaya, who he was hiding from behind Tok Aba's stall. He hits the back of the counter wall and cocoa cans fall on his head, making a stack of bumps on his cranium, accompanied with stars circling his head.
- Drool Deluge: Gopal is enjoying his hot chocolate until a commercial announces "World Biscuit Day", to which he drops his mug in shock as well as his jaw, which pours hot chocolate out of his mouth for the whole commercial.
- I Need to Go Iron My Dog: Yaya's friends make excuses to avoid helping her make biscuits. Gopal runs home saying he needs to feed the cat, then Ying zooms away motor mouthing that she has to go clean her chimneys. BoBoiBoy attempts to hide in a box, but upon being found, he claims that he was finding some shade.
- Long List: Yaya's list of ingredients she uses to make her biscuits, which likely explains their awful taste.Yaya: The ingredients are: 30 packets of flour, 20 packets of sugar, 30 bars of chocolate, 5 blocks of butter-
BoBoiBoy Wind: Whoa! That's a lot!
Yaya: Well of course! I want to make a hundred packets of these, write this down before you forget: curry spices, lemongrass, lime juice, cinnamon...
BoBoiBoy Wind: (to himself) Hm, is she trying to make biscuits or curry? - Onion Tears: When Probe asks Adu Du why his eyes are red, the latter lies that he is exercising while chopping onions, even demonstrating the combo to seem convincing.
- Show Within a Show: "Seguni Mawar Merah (Knapsack of Roses)" appears to be a melodrama of a young man named Azroy who must leave his friend Sasha to pursue his studies. Both the heroes and villains happen to watch it, and Probe crying about the show gives Adu Du the idea to concoct a chemical to tamper with others' emotions.
