The Biker Mice find Stoker in New York City, but they also end up once again crossing paths with Ronald Rump and Cataclysm.

- I Was Quite a Fashion Victim: Ronaldo Rump and Stoker have rather dated wardrobe in the flashback explaining why Stoker agreed to build a regenerator for him. Rump even has an afro!
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Harold O'Riviera is a spoof of Geraldo Rivera.
- The Reveal: It turns out that the reason Stoker made a regenerator for Ronaldo Rump in the first place was because Rump had Dr. Catorkian install a chip inside Throttle that was rigged to detonate on Rump's orders unless Stoker complied.
- Seen It All: The irascible hot dog vendor responds to Vinnie removing his biker helmet by saying that he's seen weirder stuff than a giant mouse with a motorcycle on a regular basis.
- Sewer Gator: Alligators are listed as one of the reasons Vinnie refuses to follow the transformed Stoker into the sewers, and later Rat-Stoker actually encounters an alligator and quickly tosses it away.
- Take That!:
- Vinnie refuses to follow Stoker into the sewers because of the things that can be found there, one of the examples he lists being big, mean, smart-allecky turtles.
- At the end of the episode, Vinnie expresses disappointment that he didn't get to book tickets to see Cats, resulting in disgusted sighs from Throttle, Modo, and Stoker.
