Salim gets plastic surgery to make his face beautiful enough to get on TV.
- Beggar with a Signboard: With no television fame to profit off it, Ahmed and Salim quickly go piss-poor and become homeless bums, begging in the streets of Khazbazbazstan, with a crappy cardboard signboard that says "Will Give Blow Jobs For $$$".
- Comical Translation: Salim screeches loudly and lividly when Ahmed disproves his statement and the subtitles just read "Oh, I stand corrected then."
- Cutaway Gag: To Salim being on the cover of Time Magazine as the most handsome man alive ... only it this actually George Clooney.
- The Faceless: This episode revolves around Salim's face even though we never see it because of his litham.
- Facial Horror: Salim hires Hafif to come down to his house with a chainsaw and give him some plastic surgery. Of course, this idea ends with Hafif going going chainsaw crazy on his ass and mutilating his face by shredding it to tiny little bits.
- Hollywood Beauty Standards: Salim can't get on TV until he looks physically attractive enough to market to audiences.
- Informed Deformity: First of all, Salim is always wearing his litham so we never see his face aside from his eyes, making it unknown how ugly or handsome he really is. Second of all, from what we can see, Salim just has a completely blank face, so he doesn't even look ugly at all. However, Ahmed still insists on saying that he looks like a penis.
- Off-into-the-Distance Ending: Ahmed and Salim walk off into the sunset, Modern Times style.
- Silent Movie: At the end of the episode, the screen goes black and white and Ahmed and Salim start talking with subtitle cards and the movie ends as a Modern Times parody.
- Too Dumb to Live: Salim apparently thought it'd be a brilliant idea to trust a hyperactive child with a chainsaw to do his plastic surgery.
- Vomit Indiscretion Shot: Ahmed vomits when seeing Salim's new face.
