When Pauline made her debut as the OG damsel-in-distress, she was a ginger with a square dick nose and a hand with just one giant fat finger on it. As the years went by, she made regular trips to South America where she got a shit load of plastic surgery. She got full body lipo, leg-lengthening surgery, several nose jobs, iris implants, a tit job, eye-widening surgery, finger implants, ear implants, armpit reconstruction, tattooed eyebrows, eyelash installation surgery, lip implants, a dye job and at least three dozen more surgeries. Pauline looks like this now. She went from looking like Rupert Grint in sloppy drag to looking like a more glamorous version of Sofía Vergara.
