Basic Trope: A character becomes tired or falls asleep because they ate too much.

  • Straight: Alice eats a big dinner and then falls asleep.
  • Exaggerated:
    • Alice falls asleep after one cookie.
    • Alice falls Asleep for Days after eating too much.
    • A feast leads to a mass pass-out.
  • Downplayed: Alice looks a bit groggy for a short time after eating.
  • Justified: Sometimes Truth in Television due to amino acids.
