During the climax, Dan reads the magic words out loud hoping to put Slappy back to sleep, but ends up bringing to life all the other dummies, who start to crawl and get up to go towards them... until it's revealed they're targeting Slappy, who gets overwhelmed by the horde of assaulting dummies. The scene up until the reveal that they aren't going for the protagonists is still very chilling.
And it also doesn't help the fact that in the book, Slappy isn't damaged by the attack and is gifted to Zane, while there's the massive Fridge Horror about Trina and Dan now living in a house with an entire attic filled with living dummies.
The lovely shot of Slappy's melted face after he's struck by lightning towards the ending, along with Zane twisting his head around a full 360 degrees. Thankfully, most everything else in the episode is pure narm.
Slappy turning Zane into a dummy. Worst of all, Zane is constantly trying to talk but only muffled sounds are heard.
Slappy: Loosen up, Zane! Don't look so wooden! Get it? Wooden!
Hilarious in Hindsight when you consider that Hayden Christensen's acting in the Star Wars prequels was often criticized as "wooden".
