A Mob hitman and part-time car thief helps The Mafia and The Irish Mob take down The Triads and the Tongs. As a reward for his services, he gets sold out to the cops. He then breaks out of prison and goes on a Roaring Rampage of Revenge against The Mafia and The Irish Mob.
