Heartwarming / Tales of Destiny 2

• Fans familiar with the PSX Tales of Destiny who felt sympathetic for Leon will be heartwarmed by Judas's Character Development. He goes from angry, arrogant teenager with a clear hatred for working with others to a much calmer adult. He is clearly uncomfortable with people near the beginning of the game and carries a great deal of guilt, but as the story progresses he begins to warm to his companions, smiling and joking more and more in skits. Near the end of the game, he is even offering comfort to others unprompted and his final story skit has him praying to Rutee to take care of her kids (Kyle and Loni) when he can no longer watch out for them. Aww.
• Loni comforting Nanaly after a big Tear Jerker moment involving her dead brother in a Lotus-Eater Machine.
• The party deciding they don't care about Judas's past and saving him from Elraine's Lotus-Eater Machine, delivering her a big Shut Up, Hannibal! in the process.
• Judas awkwardly trying to comfort Harold after her brother's death since he knew it was coming and didn't tell her, and her praise of him for adhering to history. She goes so far as to call him her equal as a result.
• The party saving the original Tales of Destiny party from Barbatos's ambush. Kyle gets to meet his dad and fight with him, while Loni and Judas both get to atone for their mistakes. A skit afterwards has the female characters comment on how happy "their boys" look.
