  • At the end of "What a Matryoshka", when the kids give Senor Fabuloso a nesting doll that they made themselves, and at the very inside of the nesting doll is a heart. Aww....
  • In "Day of the Dead", Carmen singing to her late grandmother at her altar.
  • In "Beat the Beat", everyone at the Circo is sad. They later become happy with the help of Furaha music.
  • Leo and Maktao's strong bond in "Me and My Elephant". Although Leo dreaded taking care of Maktao at first, he grew to love him as if he were his infant son. When Maktao has to return to his herd, Leo gives him his hat to remember him by.
  • The "Someone to Give Something To" song from the Christmas movie is beautiful. It emphasizes that Christmas is about togetherness and selflessness. We also get a heartwarming scene of Senor Fabuloso and Mr. Hockbar exchanging presents and sharing their Christmas traditions with one another.
  • These lines from the song featured in "Space is the Place": Yes people fly here / Astronauts and cosmonauts / And to the eye here / Nations look the same / Up in the sky here / Earth is home to everyone
  • In "Blanket Decision", Andy is reluctant to fix his blanket, despite it being old and tattered. He keeps it because it reminds him of his old friends back in America. He has an Opinion-Changing Dream where his old friends, Kimmy and Billy, assure him that they will always be friends no matter where he is.
  • In "The Charango Kid", Carmen acts rather selfish throughout the episode. When she realizes the error of her ways, she performs a song about playing songs with friends that gets Sisa to come back. Beto even sheds a single tear of joy during the song.
  • Any scene where Leo is nice with Mathilda is so cute and heartwarming. Special mention goes to the end of "Meet the Strongs", where Leo learns to appreciate being a big brother to 'Messy Mathilda'.
  • At the end of "Grumpa Comes to Call", Grumpa eats bitter orange marmalade that's too bitter even for him. Carmen decides to put a tiny bit of sweetness into it, and he loves it. Then, he finally smiles.
    Carmen: I'm sorry about today. Mama and the family thought that eating bitter makes you grumpier.
    Grumpa: Ha! Eating something bitter doesn't make me bitter. I just get grumpy from my achy old bones. But that plane ride made me extra grumpy today. I'm sorry.
    Carmen: I love you, Grumpa.
    Grumpa: I love you too, little Carmen.
  • In "The Wrong Clothes", Andy wants to make new friends in Croatia, but has a hard time with it at first. However, after he learns how to do the Kolo dance, he finally gets to make new friends in the Kolo dance troupe.
  • In "Everything's Irie," Señor Fabuloso is having a bad day. The others help him feel better by bringing him to the beach and playing reggae music, which successfully restores his happiness. Then, at the end of the episode, Fabuloso and Hockbar listen to music together. "Everything will be irie," indeed.
  • In "Love and Harmony," the series finale, Andy and Leo break off their friendship after a fight. Carmen sets out to find a hippie music duo, Love and Harmony, to resolve their conflict, only to find that Love and Harmony themselves became grouchy and irritable with each other. However, Carmen doesn't stop believing in The Power of Love. She ends up using the song also titled 'Love and Harmony' to not only repair Andy and Leo's friendship, but also bring Love and Harmony back together.
