- The Waddle Dees seem like they would rather pal around with each other than get in the way. Try not to stop and smile at them playing catch or even just falling asleep where they stand.
- In the first level, there are two sleeping Waddle Dees backed up against each other. A heart made of beads is above their heads.
- The ending shows Kirby asleep under a tree, cuddling the sock that holds the entrance to Patch Land.
- The entire aesthetic of the game. This is quite possibly the softest game ever made. It's like a digital blanket that you'd wrap yourself up in on a cold winter morning.
- During the "Toy Tracks" level, you have the opportunity to cheer up a sad teddy bear by stitching a hole in its leg together.
- King Dedede telling off Yin-Yarn and sticking up for his Waddle Dees in his own way.
