  • Why does Kisaragi's culture and economy revolve around "evil"? I mean what's the point?

  • Who defined what's considered an act of evil and how many points said act receives?
    • An evil act is defined as something the victim of said act doesn't want. One example is when Agent 6 is trying to gather Evil Points for an upcoming battle. He heads into the city and exposes himself to a bunch of women, who freak out and leave because of his perverted acts. However, there was one girl who was Too Kinky to Torture, who actually wanted to be defiled by Agent 6. However, he wasn't gaining any points from her, because while the other women ran away in fear, she enjoyed it. Another example is when the group is stuck in the desert, and 6 decides to grope Snow to get some Evil Points, only to fail. Snow didn't care about 6's antics at the time because there was a good chance they would've died of dehydration.

  • Astaroth, Belial, and Lilith constantly point out that Six is the next senior person in Kisaragi, and should have became a Supreme Leader long ago. What happened to Agents 1 thru 5?
    • The obvious answers are that they were either killed/incapacitated during Kisaragi’s war on the world, or that they left Kisaragi at some point for unknown reasons. Another possibility is that Astaroth, Belial, and Lilith count themselves as Agents 1 through 3, and that there were another two before Six joined up. As for what happened to those hypothetical other two, they’re probably subject to the first answer.

  • What’s with the taboo on genetic experiments with Grasshoppers? I know the meta reason is because it’s a Kamen Rider reference, but it still seems oddly specific that they would deem the results of such experiments to be almost invincible. Did Lilith try such an experiment at some point and accidentally create a Grasshopper super-soldier that Kisaragi had to struggle to put down? Given what I’ve seen of her, it doesn’t seem out of character for her to do.
