Rolie Polie Olie may have been aimed at pre-schoolers, but it's a show that had plenty of moments that could make pre-schoolers and probably even adults laugh.

- The episode "Universal Spot" was full of funny moments.
- When everything started going out of control due to Spot having a flea in him and eating the remote-o-matic, we got a funny line from the dad:Percy: Never thought I'd say this... may have to call in... a repairman.
- Olie being on the seats and being bounced up and down, causing him to get dizzy.
- Pollina having a non-violent bullfight with a vacuum cleaner.
- The stove being activated causes the hot turkey to end up in Percy's hands.Percy: Oooh!! A tad warm!
- At the end of the episode, after Spot got the flea out of him, the flea ended up getting in Olie.

- In "Dingliedangliedoodle", the eponymous word is a swear word in-universe, known as the 3-D word. Zowie sings the word over and over to herself, in what's already a silly-sounding song, but it becomes funnier when you consider that, in-universe, it's practically a little girl unwittingly singing a Cluster F-Bomb.
