As mentioned in "The Elevator", the Rescue Dude code states that "We never leave a dude behind". So in "Imperfect Attendance", when Dana tried to maintain her perfect attendance record instead of helping her friends- most of which were all her fellow Rescue Dudes- out of their troubles, she broke the code.
