Fridge Brilliance
- The decision to turn Happy into a wingless cat perfectly represents his shift in personality from someone who loves getting a rise out of people to someone who keeps his friend more grounded.
- Rebecca is a B-Cuber (the In-Universe equilivant of Youtuber) whose videoes are terrible and rather random, not following a set theme like other B-Cubers. That's cause she's not a professional but more of a hobbyist compared to other B-Cubers, who likely spend their free time editing and rehearsing for their next upload.
- Given the adventures she been on, and the short media-storm following the Gulst Arc, it seems strange that more people wouldn't be interested in her channel despite the poor quality of her videos. Not only does Rebecca never have a chance to record the events, but many of them are too personal (the Sun Jewel Arc) or classified (Belial Gore Arc) that someone like Rebecca wouldn't use them for popularity.
- In promotional material, Shiki's Tron Lines marking his Ether Gear are green despite the color pages for Chapter 98 showing them as purple. He's in his Overdrive state which has inverted his colors such as making his black hair white; if one looks at a color wheel they'd notice that green usually sits opposite of purple.
- Purple is also the color of royalty and status, approriate for the "New Demon King" of Eden's Zero whcih might explain why his eyes are also purple.
Fridge Horror
- In Belial Gore Arc, we get confirmation that Rebecca's Ether Gear is time-manipulation and that she has used it at least 29 times before she went back in time and stopped Shiki from getting killed along with saving the rest of their friends. We also find out that every time she used it, it was to escape a life-threatening situation with either her or friends dying or dead. Since she was a child. How many times have we've seen the crew escape by the skin of their teeth and its all because of one or more things changed by Rebecca's time powers?
- Anyone whose familar with the real-world science of time travel, and most current media, establishes that traveling back in time results in an Alternate Timeline rather then changing one's past. Remember that dream Rebecca had where she and Shiki were in the middle of a pitch battle, where he was more cynical and Happy was dead? That most likely wasn't a dream but an alternate version of the present.
- In Aoi War Arc, if Laguna hadn't arrived in time to stop Shiki and Rebecca from killing each other under the influence of Ijuna's Red Destiny, they would have ended up dead. If Shiki had killed Rebecca, not only would it have been his first time killing a living being, but he would have fallen into dark gravity just like Shura and Ziggy. It would mean all of the Xenolith's efforts to train Shiki to stop Ziggy's robot invasion plan against the humans would be meaningless.
