Jo Pil-Ho: The Dawning Rage (Akjilkyungchal in Korean, meaning Bad Cop) is a 2019 South Korean action thriller film written and directed by Lee-Jeong-beom, known for his work on The Man from Nowhere and No Tears for the Dead.

The movie centers on a corrupt homicide detective named Jo Pil-Ho, who's earning money on the side by planning small-time heists with his partner-in-crime Han Gi-Cheol. Being pressured by Internal Affairs and having his money invested in shady property, he plans another desperate heist. When it goes wrong, Jo Pil-Ho suddenly finds himself in the middle of a corporate scandal and must work together with a high school girl named Mi-na to get to the bottom of it.

The movie received mixed reviews from critics with much criticism focused on inclusion of a subplot connected to Sewol Ferry incident. The film is available on Netflix.
