It was released on November 30, 2023.

Here is the first trailer.

Contains examples of:

  • Actor Allusion: At one point in the trailer, after switching bodies with his father, Wyatt claims to be "13 going on 30". Jennifer Garner (who plays Jess, his mother) starred in a film called 13 Going on 30.
    • Well director but the radio is called Mc G
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: In the trailer, during a heated argument the family says that they wish that another member could see what it is like to be them, only to wake up the next day to find that they have switched bodies, much to their horror.
  • Brother–Sister Incest:
    • When forced to have a kiss while in Jess and Bill's bodies respectively, CC and Wyatt are both very uncomfortable.
    • At the party, when Jess and Bill are dancing with each other—while respectively inhabiting CC and Wyatt's bodies, they talk about how they miss having time for each other and they gotta have more date nights like this—resulting in weird side glances from those around them with one even asking: "Aren't they brother and sister?".
    • In addition to CC!Jess and Wyatt!Bill realizing they can't sleep in their parents' bedroom together while in their bodies, Jess!CC on principle also refuses to let Bill!Wyatt sleep with her in there while they're in the bodies of their children too.
  • The Film of the Book: The movie is loosely based on the children's book Bedtime for Mommy by Amy Krouse Rosenthal.
  • "Freaky Friday" Flip: A twofer. During an argument in the trailer, Jess and CC wish that the other could see what it is like to them for a day, as do Bill and Wyatt, which leads to them switching places the next day. For reasons not explained in the trailer, their baby son and family dog also switch bodies.
  • High Heel Hurt: During a scene in the trailer, CC tries to walk down the stairs in her mother's heels, only to trip and fall down the stairs.
  • Lampshade Hanging: This little gem:
Jess(CC): This is a completely unique and original situation that has literally never happened before.
Bill(Wyatt): Right? I mean, no kid has ever woken up Big!
    Wyatt(Bill): Yeah, it's so Freaky...
    CC(Jess): You're telling me. I'm 17 Again (2009)!
    Bill(Wyatt): I'm 13 Going on 30!
  • Rule of Funny: Miles the baby and Pickles the dog switch bodies too—just really for the sake of the sight gags though.
  • Tomboy: CC is shown in the trailer to prefer more masculine clothing and plays soccer, while not really knowing how to walk in heels.
