• Synopsis: Taking place in the universe of the 1987 cartoon series, Shredder attempts to defeat the turtles yet again. With his minions Bebop and Rocksteady he goes to kidnap April O'Neil to use her as bait, however, things don't go according to plan and Hilarity Ensues.
• Comments: One of the few '87 fics you'll find on FF.net, this is also one of the funniest. It's also packed with Original Flavour.

• Comments: A superbly illustrated webcomic which blends the classic characters from the 1987 cartoon series with the dark and graphic tone of the Mirage comics.

He and his bros just had an amazing adventure with alternate versions of themselves. But there is something about these other us's that is bothering him. Well, it's not the other us's that are bothering him... but the alternate Master Splinters...
• Comment: While Turtles Forever barely touches the 1987 Turtles’ thoughts about their teacher-student relationship with Splinter versus the 2003 Turtles’ father-son relationship, this fanfic takes that idea and makes an entire story out of it. Please note that updates are extremely slow.

• Synopsis: What if Krang and Shredder found the Gargoyles instead of David Xanatos? That is basically what this series of stories is.
• Comments: Mainly set in the later seasons of '87 Turtles, it features expanded roles for popular minor characters like Mona Lisa and Casey Jones, and alternate scenarios for established regulars like Demona, Elisa, and Vernon.
