War of Gods and Beasts

Six years have passed since the restoration of Cybertron. Peace has settled in between both Cybertronians and humans, yet the return of Unicron and the threat of Quintessa still remain. Secrets shall be uncovered, and gods will once again walk among us. It will be up to the Autobots and their allies, both old and new, to face that which threatens all. Till All Are One!

- The Autobots feature Rung, Pharma, Sunder, and Heavytread from the 2005 IDW continuity, Rubble from the 2019 IDW continuity, Flame from the Marvel comics, toyline bots Double Clutch and Steelshot, and G1 bots Searchlight, Big Daddy, Huffer, Stakeout, Metroplex, Six-Gun, Scamper, Highbrow, and Slammer.
- The Decepticons have the DJD and Nickel from the IDW comics, Straxus from the Marvel comics, Transit from Rise of the Beasts, and G1 bots Bomb-Burst, Submarauder (named Gilmer here), Bugly, Iguanus, Oilmaster, Octopunch, Skullgrin, Finback, Trypticon, Brunt, Wipe-Out, Full-Tilt, and the Reflector Trio.
- The Maximals from Beast Wars show up with influences from their Transformers: Rise of the Beasts counterparts (barring Rattrap, Leo Prime, and Nightscream).
- The Predacons here are made up of Razorclaw from the Universe saga along with Grimwing, Ser-Ket, and Backbite from the Aligned Continuity, with the Sandspears being based upon the ROTB Scorponoks.
- Much of the Terrorcons are made up of bots who served the Dark God of Chaos in the Universe comics, though they also include Scourge, Nightbird, Battletrap, and Bloodhound from Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Cruellock from Transformers: Energon, Midship from the Armada comic "Linkage", Shockaract and Antagony from the 3H Beast Wars comics, Mainframe from Rise of the Chevy Autobots, Cybertron Sideways (renamed Noisemaze here), Sixshot and Overlord from G1, and the G1 combiner team of the same name.
- The Junkions feature Wreck-Gar and Detrius from G1, Rum-Maj from the 2005 IDW comics, and Scraphook from the Transformers: Legacy toyline.
- G1 bots Doubledealer, Octane, Exhaust, Axor, Snapdragon, and Sandstorm make up the Mercenaries along with Bug Bite and Afterburner from Cyberverse.
- Thunderhowl from Transformers: Cyberverse and Ginrai from the Japanese G1 continuity appear as members of the Knights of Cybertron.
- Botanica from Beast Machines makes an appearance.
- Defiant to the End: Even when facing certain death at the hands of Thunderwing, Leo Prime refuses to back down and defiantly shouts "Till all are one!" moments before Thunderwing's cyclone cannon obliterates him.
- Evil Former Friend: Razorclaw was once the loyal, steadfast second-in-command to Onyx Prime and a trusted comrade to Leo Prime until his lingering resentment towards the discrimination beastformers faced, coupled with Onyx Prime's death and the long isolation from Cybertron, twisted him into a vengeful bot willing to sell out his own people, the Maximals, for a chance at revenge against his perceived enemies.
- Mouth of Sauron: Unicron utilizes a Minicon named Mirror as his mouthpiece whenever he needs to speak to his minions due to his true form being far too massive for him to effectively communicate.
- O.C. Stand-in: Helislinger, Quicklight, Crossblade, Frostwatch, Magmashot, Darkraider, Motorhammer, and Breakstrike are this story's versions of the remaining Guardian Knights in the Bayverse continuity who did not receive any names.
- Outcast Refuge: Biosfera served as one for beastformers after Leo Prime concluded that Cybertron was no place for his people to live in due to the mounting prejudice towards beastformers there.
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Although Thunderwing and Scourge serve the same master, they often bicker with each other as they seek to gain Unicron's favor.
