Kathleen Erin Walsh (born October 13, 1967 in San Jose, California) is an American actress. Originally blonde, she dyed her red hair for her role on Grey's Anatomy and later on the Spin-Off Private Practice. She's also played Niki Fifer, one of Drew's recurring love interests on The Drew Carey Show, and had a memorable stint as Gina Hess on the first season of Fargo. Is currently in The Umbrella Academy
